Due to COVID-19, Our Bright Future has been on a mission to feed our students and families in low-income areas. We started an on-site food pantry for Our Bright Future Students and families at North Village in Webster MA. All families in our community are also welcome. Thank you to all of our donors who made this possible.

Co-founder Kwasi Acheampong had the privilege to speak in front of employees at Karl Storz Endovision in Charlton MA and Dexter-Russell Inc. in Southbridge MA.

2018 Community Grant Winner

Our Bright Future Inc. understands the importance of not only children in the community but also their families. The OBF Sponsored Community Grant started in 2018 when one of our children and their family lost everything in a tragic home fire. OBF was able to collect monetary donations to give to the family. This tragedy has inspired OBF to create an annual grant to help a family in our community. If there is a family or individual that needs a little extra help, please nominate them for this Community Grant.

NBA Legend Tom "Satch" Sanders makes an appearance.

On January 22nd, 2018, 8 time NBA champion Tom "Satch" Sanders made an appearance at a local non-profit called Our Bright Future. Mr. Sanders is a huge influence in his community and even at the age of 80 years old, he still continues to motivate the youth. Satch shared a couple words of wisdom with the students, signed autographs and even shot a few hoops. Co-founders Mr. Kwasi Acheampong and Ms. Scarlett Makara also didn't disappoint as they made Tom his very own Our Bright Future custom jersey. It is great to see Tom "Satch" Sanders still serving the youth.
